Schedule of Events
This is just a tentative agenda. We are open to all suggestions of other events, ideas, whatever. Get those ideas in. We need to finalize the events and agenda in approximately 3 weeks to have time to prepare. Some thoughts have been list 9 games and everyone must pick 6 to compete in. Also, parents can help kids in all games from a strategy standpoint like in croquet. Either way get those ideas in. We need other women and kids games too.
Friday September 4th Opening Ceremonies at Uncle Dons Cabin in the Woods.
Ceremony starts at dusk and continues til ?????? The most dedicated athletes will make sure they get plenty of rest.
Saturday September 5th Proposed Events / Schedule
- 10:00 - Horseshoes Perhaps at Horseshoe Bend Park just minutes down the road. I must verify a pit if not we'll make do (Men)
- 11:00 - Wiffle Ball Home Run Derby - Home run derby at Horseshoe Bend Park on the softball fields with fences (Men / Women / Kids)
- 12:00 Lunch
- 2:00 Target shooting various guns and distances (Men Kids with adult supervision can shoot a BB gun))
- 3:30 Kayak obstacle course timed race In the heat of the day well be in that cold water. (Men / Women / Kids)
- 5:00 Dinner
- 7:00 Darts (Men)
- 8:00 Poker / Texas hold em (Men)
- Through out the day a kids scavenger hunt (Kids)

- 12:00 Lunch
- 1:00 Corn Hole (Men / Women / Kids)
- 2:30 Potato Sack Race (Kids)
- 3:00 Hula Hoops (Women / Kids)

- 6:00 Croquet (Men / Women / Kids)
- 8:00 - Awards ceremony and closing ceremonies
